LIVVRA (operated by DR TRIDOSHA HERBOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED) partners with reputed logistics and courier service providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of all products ordered through livvraindia.com. We take utmost care in packaging and quality control to ensure that products reach our customers in the best condition.

Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹599: Shipping charges may apply as shown at checkout.
- Orders above ₹599: Free shipping (subject to ongoing promotions).
- Orders above ₹3500: A nominal shipping charge of ₹190 may apply.
- All applicable charges are clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is successfully placed on livvraindia.com:
- Our system processes the order and prepares it for dispatch.
- Each product undergoes quality inspection before being packed.
- Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.

Packaging Safety
- All LIVVRA products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
- Fragile products (glass bottles etc.) are wrapped with bubble wrap and placed in corrugated boxes.
- LIVVRA holds responsibility for damages caused during transit. Please report such cases immediately after delivery.

Delivery Locations
LIVVRA currently ships across most locations within India. Serviceability depends on courier partner coverage. You can verify serviceability during checkout by entering your pin-code.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. Registered users can track orders at: My Account → Orders on livvraindia.com.

Estimated Delivery Time
- Processing: 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
- Delivery: 2 to 7 business days depending on location and courier availability.
- Note: Delivery timelines are estimates only. LIVVRA shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse. Contact support to arrange re-delivery.
