Refund & Cancellation Policy
At LIVVRA, operated by DR TRIDOSHA HERBOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic and wellness products. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Important: As our products are health, wellness, and Ayurvedic formulations, certain hygiene and safety conditions apply to returns and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 8 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped from our warehouse, whichever occurs earlier.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.
- For cancellation requests, customers must contact support with their order details.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility
Refund or replacement may be approved in the following cases:
- The product delivered is damaged during transit.
- An incorrect product has been delivered.
- The product is defective or leaking.
- The order was cancelled before shipment.
- The shipment was lost during transit by the courier partner.
Customers must notify our support team within 12 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund or return requests will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Refund request made after 48 hours of delivery.
- Damage caused due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.
- Products purchased under promotional offers, clearance sales, or special discounts.
- Dissatisfaction due to personal taste or expected results.

4. Ayurvedic Product Disclaimer
LIVVRA products are based on traditional Ayurvedic formulations and natural ingredients. Results may vary from person to person depending on body type, lifestyle, and health conditions. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

5. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Replacement Policy
In cases where the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement requests must be raised within 12 hours of receiving the order.

7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged product delivered).
